Where It All Started
In 1999, founder Darren Sussman recognized a gap in the AV industry: clients wanted more than technical service. They wanted a partner who truly listened.
What began as Reid Sound has grown into Reid AV Services, built on one guiding belief: every client deserves to feel heard and supported by people who care about their success.
That principle still defines everything we do. We’ve evolved from a small regional sound company into a trusted provider of audiovisual production and integration, serving organizations across the East Coast and nationwide with precision, reliability, and care.
